At Engravemoments, we take great pride in creating personalized wooden greeting cards that preserve your most meaningful memories. Since each product is custom-made just for you, we’ve designed a fair and transparent return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.


1. Order Cancellations & Amendments

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.

⚠️ Why 12 Hours?
Because each item is custom-designed and laser-engraved, production typically begins within 12 hours. After this period, we are unable to cancel or change the order.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect and package every product before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we’re here to make it right.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number, clear photos of the damaged product, and its original packaging

  • After verification, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference


3. Custom Product Returns (Change of Mind)

Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong design, photo, or message

  • Color tone differences due to material or lighting (see product description for image printing details)

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
