📦 How long does it take to receive my order?
- Every Engravemoments product is custom-made with care 💛.
- Once you approve the preview, we’ll craft and ship your order within 3-5 business days.
- US & UK orders: Estimated delivery in 3–9 business days after production.
🔤 Can I choose the font style for the engraved text?
Great question! 🖋️
- For our large wooden love card (21×14 cm), we currently offer a selection of font styles to choose from.
- However, due to machine limitations and the smaller size of our other designs, the small single-photo and photo collage cards do not support font customization at this time.
We always aim for the clearest and most elegant engraving possible, and we’ve carefully chosen default fonts that are both beautiful and highly readable on wood.
🧾 Can I change my order after placing it?
- Yes – you can make changes within 12 hours of placing your order.
- 📧 Just email us at contact@engravemoments.com with your order number and request.
- ⚠️ After 12 hours, we usually begin production, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
💔 What if my order arrives damaged?
- We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email us with your order number, clear photos of the damaged product, and its original packaging.
✅ After verification, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
🔁 Can I return or exchange a custom product?
Because our items are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect text/image submitted
- Minor color differences due to material or lighting
However, if there’s a quality issue, we’ll make it right — just reach out to us!
