At Engravemoments, we are committed to delivering your personalized wooden greeting cards with care, precision, and efficiency. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Every item is custom-made to your specifications using laser engraving and high-quality materials. Please allow 3-5 business days for production after you confirm your preview.

Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–9 business days after production
Peak Season Notice: During holiday periods, shipping times may be delayed by 1–2 additional days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.

3. Shipping Costs

We provide free shipping and ensure that your products are delivered safely and intact.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@engravemoments.com. We will do our best to help update the address before the order is shipped. Once an item has shipped, we are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Engravemoments is not liable for lost or stolen packages after the tracking information shows the item as delivered. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier immediately with your tracking number.
